PREPARE AND SUBMIT REQUIREMENTS

Submit original and photocopies of the following to the PIIE Office (Makati):

Accomplished PIIE Membership Form (for non-members) or Membership Certificate (for active members)
-
Accomplished IECB-CIE Form 01 - Application Form
-
Diploma and Transcript of Records
-
PSA Birth Certificate
-
Resume or IECB-CIE Form 02 - Curriculum Vitae
-
Two (2) colored 2” x 2” ID photos in formal attire
-
Application Fee: ₱2,800
-

PAY THE FEES

Non-members must pay for PIIE membership (at least 1 year) with your respective chapters and CIE exam fee (PHP 2,800).

Payment methods: Cash (at PIIE office) or bank transfer (details via official Facebook).

COMPLETE ONLINE REGISTRATION

Fill out the Google Form linked via PIIE Facebook or website.

Make sure all requirements, payment, and form are completed before the deadline.

Pay the ₱3,000 application fee upon filing

PREPARE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Completed IECB-PIE Form 02 - Application Form (Plus one photocopy)

Updated CV (IECV-PIE Form 03 - Curriculum Vitae)

Letters of recommendation:

1 PIIE Board member (IECB - PIE Form 04
Endorsement Letter PIIE Board) -
1 Active PIIE member (IECB - PIE Form 05
Endorsement Letter PIIE Member)

Authenticated/Certified true copy of Transcript of Records or Diploma​

Four (4) colored 2" x 2" ID pictures (formal attire)

NSO/LGU - certified birth certificate or naturalization of documents

Supporting papers for qualification points (IECB-PIE Appendix 01 - Sources of Points)

Hard copy of all application documents compiled in a clear book; provide true copies since these will not be returned to you

Soft copy of all application documents saved in a CD or flash drive

SUBMIT THE APPLICATION

File your forms and requirements before the deadline set by IECB

​Pay the fee at the IECB Secretariat office or via bank deposit
